Raspberry and Peanut Butter Bites
These raspberry and peanut butter bites are a delicious and healthy snack that combines the natural sweetness of raspberries with the rich, nutty flavor of peanut butter. They're perfect for a quick energy boost or a satisfying treat.

Ingredients:
300g fresh raspberries
2 tbsp chia seeds
6 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
300g dark chocolate

Method:
- Wash and drain the raspberries. Transfer the raspberries to a medium bowl and gently mash them with a fork.
- Add the chia seeds and mix until combined. Let stand for 5 mins to allow the chia seeds to thicken the raspberries.
- Spoon the raspberries into 12 onto a large baking tray covered with greaseproof baking paper. Freeze for at least 3 hours.
- Top each raspberry bite with ½ tbsp of peanut butter. Return to the freezer for another hour.
- Melt the chocolate then dip each bite into it.
